LOCATION:
At Jalan Wawasan, close to Labuan Port and the Financial Park complex.

DESCRIPTION:
A very strategically positioned hotel with a decent view of the Labuan harbour, the South China Sea and ample greeneries. The swimming pool is fairly large by any standard measure. Nonetheless, the rooms are just quite acceptable for me.

Interestingly, the hotel hosts a medium-sized marina, but I noticed that there was no yachts. Not sure if anybody made a port-of-call to this marina, or it was just Labuan is still not highly ranked up there as a sailing destination.

A great and no-frill place to stay. The harbour view can me somewhat spectacular.
