LOCATION:
In Sri Kembangan, near The MINES, some 15 km south of downtown Kuala Lumpur.

DESCRIPTION:
An imposing Moorish architecture by the 150-acre lake, your first impression on this hotel would be whether or not you were in the realm of an Aladdin movie.

Perhaps the only equine-themed hotel around, if not in Asia, probably in the world. Rightly so, because everywhere you go, you'll see statues of horses, made from either bronze, iron, or other metals. There's even one mural on the domed roof that bears the scene of racing horses in circular motion.

The room was nothing to shout about. At 480 rooms total, the hotel can get extremely crowded, especially because it is one of the favorite hotels for the Middle Eastern tourists.
